Frank is one of four partners at Founders Insurance Group where he oversees the Group Life and Health department, IT department and building operations. He began his insurance career over 35 years ago when he worked with his grandfather, Frank R. Buonocore, at the Buonocore Insurance Agency. Frank's specialty is Commercial Insurance where he further specializes in managing insurance portfolios for financial institutions.

Dennis Dressel, CPCU

Dennis is one of four partners at Founders Insurance Group where he oversees agency finances, serves as President and manages the Commercial Lines sales team. Dennis graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Risk and Insurance, and has over 35 years of insurance experience. He holds the designations of Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).

On the personal side, Dennis is a marathon swimmer and has the honor of being one of an elite few who have successfully completed swimming the English Channel.

Chris Garlasco

Chris is one of four partners at Founders Insurance Group where he oversees agency operations in both Personal and Commercial Lines. Chris graduated from Franciscan University in 1986 with a degree in Business Management, and has over 20 years of insurance experience including, 7 years with a direct writer, managing the personal lines department of a large personal lines agency, Vice President of Sales at Middlesex Mutual and as agency principal for over 10 years. Chris has a unique perspective on the industry having seen the company and agency side of this business, as well as the direct and independent agency side.

Chris has served on several agency councils including the national Royal & SunAlliance Council, Travelers Insurance Company Council, Encompass National Council, and the Middlesex Mutual Council and has also served on the State of Connecticut Big I Executive Board.

Bill Willis

Bill Willis, one of four owners at Founders Insurance Group joined the group in 1984 as a producer in our Lakeville office – formerly Wagner McNeil Insurance and became an owner in 1999. Bill’s expertise lies within our Platinum Accounts division where he oversees a large portion of our high value accounts, including Manhattan and international properties.

Outside of Founders, Bill is very involved in the community. He is Chairman of the Salisbury Board of Finance, member of the Board of Directors for the Tri-State Chamber of Commerce, member of the Salisbury Rotary Club, member of the Board of Directors for the Salisbury Ambulance Service, and member of the Bissell Fund Investment Committee. Bill is a former member of the Salisbury Board of Education for 12 years, Co-Chair of the Region 1 Teacher Contract negotiating Committee for 6 years, and former President of the Bissell Fund. Prior to the insurance world, Bill was on the staff of US congressman Toby Moffett and served as his District Director and Campaign manager; he ran for US Congress and State Senate in the early 1980’s and also taught at an Indian School in South Dakota in the early 1970’s.
