Frank is one of four partners at Founders Insurance Group where he writes commercial insurance and also oversees the IT department and building operations. He began his insurance career over 35 years ago when he worked with his grandfather, Frank R. Buonocore, at the Buonocore Insurance Agency. Frank's specialty is Commercial Insurance where he further specializes in managing insurance portfolios for financial institutions.

Dennis is one of four partners at Founders Insurance Group where he oversees agency finances, serves as President and manages the Commercial Lines sales team. Dennis graduated from the University of Connecticut with a degree in Risk and Insurance, and has over 35 years of insurance experience. He holds the designations of Certified Insurance Consultant (CIC) and Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU).
On the personal side, Dennis is a marathon swimmer and has the honor of being one of an elite few who have successfully completed swimming the English Channel.

Cindy joined Founders Insurance Group in 2009 after owning her own marketing firm for several years. Prior to entering the marketing & advertising area, she was a top producing sales person for the Sir Speedy Printing franchise system here in Connecticut and in North Carolina.
She manages all aspects of marketing, branding and public relations for Founders as well as oversees the personal and commercial lines sales teams. Cindy and Founders Insurance Group have received national recognition for our use of social media as part of our overall marketing strategy, branding and sales. She sits on the Agents Council for Technology of the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America (IIABA) Social Web Work Group whose focus is on sharing ideas on how to take advantage of social networking tools to enhance agency marketing, relationship building, sales, communication and service.
Outside of Founders, Cindy chairs the City of Torrington’s Economic Development Commission, sits on the Board of Directors for the Torrington Development Corporation and VNA Northwest,Inc., is on the advisory board for the NW CT Chamber of Commerce Leadership NW program, EDC liaison for the Arts and Cultural Commission for the City of Torrington and an advisory board member for Crossroads Ranch, Inc. and is involved in various community groups and organizations.

Cheryl heads up our Commercial Lines service team along with overseeing the marketing of our larger commercial accounts. She joined Founders in November of 2006 and is an integral part of Team Founders. She began her insurance career under the tutelage of her father over 30 years ago and has worked in various agency roles but found her passion in Commercial insurance.
Cheryl completed the NW CT Chamber of Commerce Leadership Northwest program and was chosen as the class valedictorian, and currently sits on the advisory board for the program. She is a member of the Penn Millers Agency Advisory Council and was the recipient of the Connecticut Insurance Marketing Associations Award for excellence in April of 2009.
Outside of Founders, Cheryl enjoys running, the Red Sox, cooking, traveling, a relaxing day at the spa and of course spending time with her nieces and nephew.

Mark joined Founders in 2010 after selling Life Insurance with Northwest Mutual for several years. With strong ties in the local community, Mark is a member of the NW CT Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Organization, the NW CT Chamber of Commerce. Outside of insurance Mark is an avid skier and is a member of the Mohawk Ski area Ski Patrol team.

Linda joined Founders Insurance Group in August 2011 after working several years as an Allstate Agent in Naugatuck. Prior to her Allstate years, Linda worked in several departments at The Hartford, including their claims department.
She quickly became involved with the Northwest Connecticut Chamber of Commerce where she sits on the Membership Services Committee. Linda lives in Naugatuck with her husband John, a local artist.
